FIA officially publish the changes for the World Rally Championship next year. Part of the draft were postponed to 2011 season.

World Council voted adjustments in the rules yesterday in Paris, the most important of which are:

distance of the speed tracks - not next year there are restrictions on the length of a stage. However, introducing a maximum of 80 kilometers between two service. The length of a race will vary between 300 and 500 kilometers.

Park Service - Each race must have at least one basic service area. Organizers may request permission from the FIA to change its location during the race. In addition, the service park will be organized so as to provide access from the rear of the workshops, the goal is to have the audience in direct contact with the times.

World Championship for manufacturers - All cars that compete, including current WRC machines, will be entitled to participate in the World Rally Championship for manufacturers of FIA. Registered producers must participate in at least two cars in all competitions and use homologirani for 2009 cars.

WRC Teams (second team) - second team should be involved at least eight rounds nominated by one or two cars, homologirani before 2009, and at least one round must be outside the European Economic Community and Turkey.

Night stages - the night stages will again be allowed as the only requirement is to not form a complete racing day.

Shekdaun - Shekdaunat may consist of part of the competitive stage. This year the organizers of the Spain race using this formula.

Delays Maximum - The maximum delay between two time controls was extended from 15 to 30 minutes. The maximum delay in the day, however, remains 30 minutes.



World Motor Sports Council decided to defer some other proektopromeni in the Rules:

Team Championship - Championship option for manufacturers to become tag team championship season was postponed to 2011, when the changes come into force in the technical regulations for the new WRC car.

Shekdaun - Forthcoming new debates about this shekdaunat be used for promotional media events, or determines the starting order of the segments.

Tires - option for the introduction of two rubber compounds (rather than one, as is currently makadamovite and competitions on snow) will be discussed with A supplier Pirelli.

Podium after each racing day - Would there be a podium after each racing day depends on what decision will be decided on bonus points. Forthcoming study ranking system for the pilots to be synchronized with the current point list.
